We left the house at 5pm for a 6:30pm show thinking it would give us ample time to get there, park, get some food, and some merch. Spent over $500 to take my son and friends to see Jordan Jensen for his 10th birthday and first concert. The closest we got was about .4 miles away before Imagine Dragons went on and we realized that we weren't going to make it in time to see them perform.
At this point we had to turn around and the vibe went from a happy trip down hearing the kids sing along to Imagine Dragons songs to my heart breaking as they sobbed quietly in the backseat. We sat in the car for 4 hours in a total gridlock.
So not only is my son's birthday present ruined but I'm also out over $500. I tried to get a refund but of course "All Sales are Final".
I don't know what I could have done differently as there is no other way into the venue other than a single road in and out. TL:DR; Avoid concerts at this venue at all costs.

You won't be able to dispute the charge (Ticketmaster tags the charge as "In Person" even if you purchase via a website to make this even more difficult for you with your bank) and you won't get a refund if you logistically cannot make it into the venue.
